Premier Nursing provided regular day staff to care for my elderly father who initially had vascular dementia and Alzheimer’s and was struggling to walk unaided. My mother had been caring for him on her own, but needed assistance with laundry, cooking, physically demanding household tasks and occupying my father.

When he became ill with cancer, he became almost bedbound, so Premier Nursing provided a 24 hour Live -in team to assist with all his physical, medical and mental needs including liaising with all healthcare staff both in the home and for emergency visits to hospital. I cannot emphasise enough the thoughtfulness, professionalism, common sense and crucial sense of humour shown throughout the demanding 3 years.



Premier Nursing gave my mother the support and allowed my father to maintain his dignity whilst he remained at home until his death. The caring, consideration and very accomplished team both in the home and at the Premier Nursing office transformed our families stressful situation into a calm and manageable experience. We would rate all the Premier Staff with five gold stars. 

Having been fortunate to have been put in touch with your agency, it has been a privilege to experience your kind service, showing ability to be so helpful in adapting to the customers needs.

As a result, my family wish to join me in expressing the high standard of care I have received especially two particular carers who I have to say cooked the most delicious meals.



Such a caring service and the people they have certainly helped me on my way following being struck with shingles and a short stay in hospital. It has been a pleasure to have them in my home and please extend my appreciation to them. 

I could not have been happier to have chosen Premier as care provider for my terminally ill sister. There were some initial hiccoughs, but they reacted immediately to remedy these, showing how, above all, their overriding priority is the physical, psychological and emotional wellbeing of the client.

The live-in carer who stayed with my sister until her passing could not have been more professional, capable, responsive, proactive, warm-hearted and affable, but also with just that little bit of necessary steel, clearly proving that the agency goes that extra mile to ensure the best possible match between client and carer.



The double-up carers, too, were excellent, always radiating the kind of cheerfulness that must be a real comfort for those they tend. Overall, I would heartily recommend Premier; I feel so lucky to have found them.

Please pass on to them how grateful I am for everything that they did for Linda, and for me as well, as they gave me some valuable time back. Everyone that came here was so focussed on giving their best for Linda and making her day go well. There was always laughter coming from the bedroom when Linda went off to freshen up and they always tolerated Linda's edgy tv shows. Thank them all so so much.

May I pay particular attention to one carer, though still only twenty, has been really outstanding, very professional, competent and wise beyond her years she has quite simply been fantastic; for example, coming into help and support me at 5am on the morning my wife died.



Thank you again, I am so grateful and I know that given my wife was non-verbal she would have said and felt the exact same. 

I just want to thank you personally and Premier Nursing as a whole for the truly wonderful care that you have provided my wife over the past sixteen months. The interest you have taken yourself, the helpfulness of Karen in meeting all our scheduling wishes and particularly the quality of the actual care have all made my wife’s life so much easier than it might have been – especially in these difficult circumstances.

In July 2021 following a disastrous spell in hospital, during which time I was rendered unable to walk. I found myself in dire need of some care assistance in my own home.

Three carers were swiftly appointed by Premier Nursing, each one although very firm bought their own brand of expert care, compassion & knowledge, whilst ensuring my dignity and independence were maintained.

Such was my care that six weeks later I was able to return to a normal life.
